Advanatages Of Mesh Fencing

One of the most commonly asked question is what are the advantages of a mesh fence:

Mesh fencing is more affordable. For a nice powder coated wrought iron fence you would be spending quite a bit more money (several hundred more) than you would with the removable mesh fencing system. The mesh fencing system is completely see through and does not give you that "jail cell" type of look. Mesh fencing preserves views and more importantly offers complete see through capability to your pool. The mesh fencing opens up your yard more, especially those back yards that aren't that big. The mesh fence is less obtrusive than other types of fencing thus giving you a feel of more space. The mesh fencing system is removable. Once your done with your fence you can easily remove it where as other types of fencing takes actual machinery to remove and haul away. Our mesh fencing is safe, durable and comes with a life time manufacturers warranty.

A Paramedic's View of Pool Fences

As a paramedic/firefighter here in the Phoenix area, I'm a first responder to child drownings. Having a pool fence is an essential part of your backyard if you have a swimming pool. A common misconception is that a child will always be watched. Having met people who had shared this belief AFTER their has drowned is etched in my soul. Installing a swimming pool safety fence is a small price to pay for a child's safety. Listen and learn from someone who has been out on these calls - a pool fence is a necessary tool to protect your child against drownings and near drownings. All such accidents can be prevented by simply installing a removable pool fence and creating a barrier between a small child and a swimming pool.

Secret Santa Gives a Pool Fence For Christmas

Christmas is all about being with family, sharing the joys that the season can bring and watching our kids anticipating the arrival of Santa Claus. Even adults get giddy waiting for the magic of Santa and viewing hm through a child's eyes. Well, who says you have to be a kid to enjoy Santa? Pool Guard of Arizona was recently contacted by a "Secret" Santa who wanted to give his daughter, son-in-law and 15 month old grandson the gift of child safety. The Secret Santa asked us to sneak into his daughter's backyard and measure for a pool fence. We were happy to be able to be a part of this great gift of pool safety.

Once we finalized all of the details we were able to access the backyard, install the pool fence and make our escape before anybody got home. We weren't able to see the smile and relief the parents must have felt knowing that their baby was now protected from the backyard pool, but we know they must have been thrilled. Their Secret Santa would not be disclosed until Christmas Day. It's great to imagine how the conversation went. We now believe that there really IS such a thing as Santa.

This Secret Santa gave a priceless gift to his family - the gift of knowing true peace of mind and knowing that their baby is safe around the swimming pool now that a pool fence has been installed.

Year Round Swimming Pool Safety

In December most people aren't thinking about being poolside, but due to our climate here in Phoenix Arizona, this is the time of year when many people are gathering around the pool. We have terrific weather in December that allows us to sit poolside and feel the warmth of the sun.
Our children begin to play outside and family and friends gather to visit. This is the time people get distracted by the weather and tend to forget about pool safety and needless accidents occur. No matter what time of the year, please always watch your kids around water and always have your pool enclosed by a swimming pool fence. The pool is out there 365 days a year, so a pool fence needs to be in place 365 days a year. We can all enjoy the great outdoors safely by always protecting small children from the pool by installing a pool gate.

The investment in a pool fence not only provides peace of mind, but provides invaluable safety around the swimming pool to save lives. By placing child barrier fencing around a swimming pool adults can relax and enjoy themselves and the little ones are provided with pool safety.

Autumn Pool Protection

For us Arizonians, October is the month we've all been waiting for. Relief from the 110 degrees days are fast approaching. This means people will start to venture outdoors and enjoy the cooler weather. Back yards will be usable again. Although we want you to enjoy our upcoming amazing weather (yes, this is why we can bare those hot summer months) we also want to warn you that since more time is going to spent in our own backyards water safety is still the most important aspect we need to stay focused on.

A pool without a fence is like putting a child in a car without a seat belt. In one second your life can be changed forever. We would like to encourage everyone with a child as young as 4 months to please protect your children around water. Put a pool fence around your backyard pool, know CPR and most importantly, always watch your kids around water. It's almost that time of year to relax and enjoy our great outdoors. For peace of mind, protect your kids around water and install your pool safety fence today.
