We added our KOI pond (rather large) to our home about a year ago and never thought to put a form of security over it until Sai, our 2 year old almost fell into the pond. We wanted to say thank you for your prompt response to our pool safety needs. Our new Pool Safety Fence from Pool Guard of Miami has been such a blessing. My husband and I feel the burden of the "exposure" to a drowning is lifted now that we have our swimming pool surrounded. As a side note, I am glad we elected to get the self closing gate. Last week my cell phone rang and it was in the house so (I was getting a towel from inside the fence from swimming with Chelsea our 4 year old earlier) I ran to get it and when I returned (not even a minute later) Chelsea was standing at the fence by the gate. I cannot help but to think of what would have happened if we would not have gotten the gate and used the "alternative" of closing the fence our self. Chelsea probably would have been in the pool!
