An elderly woman called Pool Guard last week panicked about an accident that had occurred the day before. The woman's husband had passed away several years earlier and her only family remaining was a her little dog she called Lolly. Lolly and this woman are very close, after all, they are all they have. It had been very nice the past couple of days so the women and Lolly played together outside quite a bit. Never being prepared for what was about to happen, the woman said she hadn't had a plan for any accidents related to her pool. Lolly had fallen in the pool during play time and without thinking the elderly women jumped in the pool to save Lolly's life. The big problem was the woman jumped in the pool without even thinking and she could not swim herself. Luckily she jumped in the shallow end of the pool and was able to bring herself and Lolly back to safety. She began to think of what could have happened. Her instincts were to jump in and save her puppy but what if she jumped in the deep end? All she could think of was her and her dog accidentally drowning and no one would know. She called Pool Guard of Phoenix and asked what we could do for her. Pool Guard is not only in the business to protect children but we also product the elderly and our four legged friends. We were able to respond very quickly and installed a mesh fence for the woman and her puppy. You could see her relief once the fence was installed. Now her and Lolly can enjoy playing outdoors and know they are protected from an accidental drowning. The customer was equally pleased that our mesh fencing is affordable and cosmetically appealing to preserve views and landscaping. So here's to another satisfied customer in Phoenix!
